1. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to tech parks, offices, and residential areas across:

2. Delivery Timings

We deliver fresh lunch tiffins between 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Exact timing may vary slightly based on traffic or weather. We recommend being available during this window or informing your office reception/security.

3. Delivery Method

All meals are freshly packed in hygienic, insulated tiffin boxes. Delivery is done by our trained delivery team to ensure safe and timely drop-off.

4. Delivery Timeline

  • Daily Tiffin Orders: Delivered between 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
  • Monthly Subscriptions: Delivery starts from the selected start date and follows your preferred plan.
  • No deliveries on public holidays unless otherwise notified in advance.

5. Same-Day Orders

We accept same-day orders if placed before 9:00 AM. Orders placed after that will be scheduled for the next available day.

6. Missed Deliveries

In case of missed delivery due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unreachable phone number
  • Absence at the location

No refunds will be issued. However, we’ll try our best to resolve any delivery issues proactively.
